With direct access to a loft-like space, the main floor of this dúplex residence with capacity up to 4 people connects a modern open-plan kitchenntte, a dining room and a living area, with two balconies overlooking the Palau's courtyard. Walls, ceilings and carpentry are painted in white providing luminosity and contrasting with an exposed brick wall.
