The entrance of this home for up to 4 people leads directly to the dining area, a bright white space connected to the semi-open, modern and fully equipped corner kitchen. Through a hallway (with a wall of cupboards and a guest toilet) you access a cosy separate living room with exposed stone and brick walls, micro-cement floors, wooden beamed ceilings and pieces of furniture designed exclusively for the 21st century Palau. With a window and two exterior balconies, the entire floor is bathed in natural light.
On the upper floor are the two bedrooms of the home (one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds), their respective en-suite marble bathrooms with rain showers and a private terrace with outdoor furniture and views of the bell tower of the Sant Just Church. The rooms have a wall of cupboards, wooden floors, sloping ceilings and large wooden beams.
